EDUSPARK TOYS – SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

We process and dispatch orders within 2 business days of order confirmation. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note — processing may take longer in the following cases:

• Quantities ordered exceed 5 pieces per product
• The item is under production or marked as pre-order
• High volume order periods (festive seasons, sales)

In such cases, we will notify you by email or phone call.

Shipping & Delivery

• We offer free shipping across India on all orders
• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your order
• Typical delivery time is within 10 days of dispatch
• In some remote areas or during peak periods, delivery may take 12–15 days

Important – Address Verification

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. Eduspark Toys is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged from the outside, please:

• Refuse to accept the delivery OR
• Accept it only after noting the damage with the courier representative

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video as proof. Report any transit damage to us within 24 hours of delivery at:
