EDUSPARK TOYS – RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Returns & Exchanges: Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if they meet one of the following conditions:

The item delivered differs from the item ordered
The item delivered is defective or damaged at the time of delivery

In such cases, we will ship a replacement free of charge once the details are verified by us. Please take clear photographs of the product and its packaging to aid the returns process. We strongly recommend recording a video at the time of opening/unboxing the package — this will serve as evidence in case of any damage or discrepancy claims. Claims without unboxing video proof may not be accepted.

✨ Post-Delivery Usage & Performance Claims: Complaints regarding product performance, defects, or damage reported after the product has been assembled, used, or handled by any person (including children) must be supported by an unboxing video clearly showing the defect at the time of delivery. Eduspark Toys reserves the right to decline claims where evidence of prior use, mishandling, or improper assembly is apparent. We are unable to determine the conditions under which a product was used after delivery, and therefore cannot be held responsible for damage or malfunction arising from use.

✨ Battery-Operated Products: Battery-operated products are sold as functioning units. Once delivered in working condition, the operation, maintenance, and safety of battery-operated products is entirely the customer's responsibility. Eduspark Toys is not responsible for any issues, damage, malfunction, or injury arising from:

Incorrect battery installation
Use of incompatible, low-quality, or expired batteries
Over-charging or improper storage of batteries
Damage caused by battery leakage or corrosion
Any modification or tampering with the battery compartment

Customers are advised to follow all battery safety instructions provided in the product manual. Eduspark Toys will not entertain complaints or claims related to battery performance or battery-related damage after delivery.

Assembly Damage Disclaimer: Eduspark Toys will not be responsible for any damage that occurs during the assembly of products. Please note that all our products are DIY (Do-It-Yourself) in nature. We strongly recommend seeking professional assistance for assembly to avoid damage or injury.

Returns will NOT be accepted under the following conditions:

The product has been used or tried out
The product shows signs of wear, tear, or usage
The product is not in the condition it was delivered in
The product packaging has been destroyed or damaged
The product is missing any tags, manuals, cards, or original packaging elements
Damage caused during self-assembly of the product
Complaints raised after 7 days of delivery

✨ Dispute Resolution: In the event of any complaint or dispute, customers are required to contact our Grievance Officer at Info@edusparktoys.com or +91 93724 75696 before escalating the matter through any other channel. We are committed to resolving all genuine complaints within the timelines stated in our Legal Notice. Eduspark Toys reserves the right to seek appropriate legal remedies in the event of false, defamatory, or malicious claims made against the brand.

Return Shipping:

You are responsible for all return shipping costs
Please ship returns through a reputable courier with package tracking and insurance
All return shipments must be prepaid — COD packages will be rejected

Exchange Process:

Once your return is received and verified (within 2 working days), we will process your exchange
If the exact product is unavailable, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item
Store credit will be issued within 10–15 business days of receiving the returned product

Refunds:

We do not offer cash refunds on returns
Store credit will be issued within 10–15 business days of receiving and verifying the returned product
Store credit can be used for any future purchase on edusparktoys.com

Order Cancellations:

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
Bank processing charges for cancelled prepaid orders will be borne by the customer

Complaint Resolution & Closure: If a complaint is raised and the customer does not respond or follow up within 15 days of being contacted by Eduspark Toys, the complaint will be automatically closed. Eduspark Toys will not be held responsible for unresolved complaints due to non-response from the customer.

✨ Post-Warranty Repair & Replacement: If any part or component of a product is found to be non-functional or defective after the 7-day return window has closed, the following conditions apply:

The customer will be responsible for all courier charges (both ways) for sending the product to us for inspection or repair.
If the defective part can be repaired, this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If a replacement part or new unit is required, the full cost of the replacement will be borne by the customer.

Eduspark Toys will not be liable for any repair or replacement costs arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused during or after assembly.

EMI & BNPL Orders: For orders placed using any EMI or Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) option at checkout, refunds cannot be issued as store credit. In the event of a valid return or cancellation, the refund will be processed back to the respective lender or bank/card issuer in accordance with their terms and timelines. Any foreclosure charges, processing fees, or interest levied by the lender or bank are not the responsibility of Eduspark Toys. Please contact your lender or bank directly for queries related to your EMI account.

All disputes regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
